Veterinarian bill

Hi there this is my moms dog, Baby, she has alopecia and a heart murmur. She recently had an accident involving her tail and needs the tip of it amputated but i can't afford the vet bill myself. They averaged the bill to be between $1300-$1500. I just need $800 to have enough money. Anything will help and will greatly be apreciated.
