My husband has been cancer free for 6 years. September 12th, we found out he has a torn AC joint. I took him to Christus on September 21st as he was spitting up blood. We thought it was from his AC joint. They did an X-ray and wanted further testing. After a chest MRI, they found a mass on his trachea. They don't know if it's beside it, wrapped around it or what. Right now , it's looking like it's his 3rd round of cancer. They gave a referral to a cardiothorasic surgeon in Tyler for October 1st. We found out that the doctor isn't covered by insurance and we have to come up with our pay of $2,000. We are in the process of finding a doctor that is in network. The rest will be used to cover expenses. But, just in case, I am swallowing my pride and asking for help. Thanks.
