Modified Vehicle for Special Needs Child

I would like to raise money to purchase a modified vehicle for my 2 year old grandson. His life expectancy is not long, but his needs for now are great.
His brief clinical diagnosis is: Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum and Dandy-Walker Malformation Associated with Hemimegalencephaly in the Sebaceous Nevus Syndrom. He is not mentally developed past the 3 ms stage, and isn't expected to. However, due to his growth pattern and head size, he is required to ride rear-facing in a vehicle. At 40" long he is quickly outgrowing his car seat. He needs a vehicle which will allow him to be secured while staying in his wheelchair/stroller (which offers the support needed). While in the carseat he slouches, making it difficult to breathe and irritates his feeding tube.
We are looking into fundraising events, but all the red tape and such make it a long, drawn out process. And if he is to be able to go anywhere, he needs this now!

His parents need to purchase a specialized vehicle which, with the extreme medical bills (equivelant to a house payment) they pay out each month, is out of reach right now.
We have quotes and prescriptions to back up the costs involved if you have any concerns.
