Kickstart my Art

Hi,
my name is Bryan, and I need to reset my life. I've been unemployed for a while because of my anxiety and depression, but I've been turned down for any financial assistance and disability(despite having multiple doctors say I can't work). My mom has given me a place to live, but she can't help with previous bills. 
I can't really get a job, because of my anxiety/depression/ migraines, as well as the fact that my mom needs someone here with her, and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving her for that long.
I'm looking to use any monies I get to file for bankruptcy, pay for dental work my insurance won't cover, and anything else to get me back to a clean slate. 
I've really been trying to work on becoming a more positive person and getting healthier, but it's hard with financial concerns hanging over my head.
I also want to get back to creating art and designing things again. This will help get that going too.
I appreciate any help immensely, and would be very grateful and thankful for anything raised.
