JAMMIN FOR JERRY FUNDRAISER
As many of you know, but many of you also may not, Jerry Hludzik has unfortunately been struggling with early onset dementia and other health issues for a little while now. His condition is not improving and he has been accumulating medical debt while trying to battle his condition.
Jerry has been diagnosed with Frontotemporal dementia (FTD). It is similar to Alzheimer’s but looks a bit different. It is a group of related conditions resulting from the progressive degeneration of the temporal and frontal lobes on the brain. These areas of the brain play a significant role in decision-making, behavioral control, emotion and language in people under age 60. FTD is the most common cause of dementia and affects as many people as Alzheimer’s disease in the 45-64 age group.
The time has come for us to reach out to his Friends/Family/Fans to ask for support to help with Jerry’s impending needs and ever increasing medical bills.
This GoFundMe is going to be in conjunction with a Concert to celebrate my Dad on April 26th.

Sadly this will most likely be the last time Jerry will be performing, so let’s all give him a proper send off, while he still can remember the feeling of joy he brought to you come back to him.
