Andie and Harvey need your help!

Harvey unfortunately found a chicken bone on his daily walk with Andie. It lodged where his small and large intestine join. The bone could not make the turn thru the intestine and emergency surgery was needed. During the surgery Harvey needed a resection due to a portion of his intestine turning necrotic.

Two days after surgery Harvey took a turn for the worse and was rushed to the pet ER in Gaithersburg MD.

Harvey's resection is leaking and septsis has set in. He is being rushed into surgery for the second time and his prognosis is 50/50.

Harvey has an unpredictable recovery and will be staying in the emergency hospital for 5 days or longer.
