Adam's medical expenses

Thanks so much for stopping by. Recently Adam had surgery on his knee, causing him to be immobile and unable to work. At the moment his disability is in a sort of limbo causing him to be incomeless for a period of time. The goal of this campaign is to help him financialy during this hard time.
