Saving Dad's House

My dad, Homer Tuttle passed away Tuesday, June 2nd, 2020 at the age of 92. His last wishes were that we take care of his house and cat. I'm doing my best to try and make sure that I can do that. Unfortunately my dad's home is in his and my mother's name( my mom passed 3 years ago) . And the mortgage is in his name. In order for me and my siblings to get the deed in our name we need to hire a lawyer( which is $2500) and be able to pay the household bills while we go through probate. We do not want the home just to sell it, that is not our intention. We just want it to be able to stay in the family. My dad lived his house, my mom spent her last days there, it was their home. My parents were good hardworking people. They never bothered a soul. I want my sister to be able to live in the home, she has done a lot for our parents and in my eyes deserves this. I normally don't ask anything from anyone, but I need help. I've been out of work since spring break and just don't have any extra funds at the moment, I know my siblings are stretched to from all this quarenteen as well. I figured I'd give this a shot and see what I could do to try to give my dad his wish. I would also like to help my brother Paul get my dad's remains to new New Jersey where his plot is.
