Team Goodsite Heads to Houston!

On March 21, 2014 Mom was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and on March 24, 2014 it was removed. It is the most aggressive type of cancer. She deserves the best available treatment, and she would insist that any of us get the best as well. With that being said, we are taking her to MD Anderson, in Houston, next week for her initial appointment. It will take about 6-8 weeks for the radiation and chemotherapy. The treatment is typically 5 days on and 2 off. That will require us to stay in Houston. My aunt, Nancy, has rented an RV to take mom there next week, but we are unsure of what we will do after that. I have been researching extended stay rates, and we are looking at $2,000 - $2,500 per month. Many people have asked how they can help. Most importantly, please pray for mom, the medical staff, and our family. We served a MIGHTY God who just happens to be The Great Physician.
