Jocylain Cresap Medical Fund

When Jocylain was two years old she was hospitalized with tracheitis. She was in ICU for five days with a breathing tube, a collapsed lung, and pneumonia. Three days later she left the ICU and returned home to a normal life.

 She is currently living on a small island in the West Indies with her parents while her father attends medical school. In the last few months, she has started developing problems breathing. She has times when she is so starved for oxygen that her lips and nose turn blue. Dominica does not have the resources to treat her condition. Jocylain has to be flown to Miami for immediate attention. As you can imagine, this is a huge expense for the family of a medical student. We are hoping to raise enough money to cover the travel expenses of Jocylain and her mother, Tai.
