Get Georgia to Ecuador!

I co-teach a MacEwan University community service learning class of students who departed yesterday for Ecuador. The class will be helping to build a small home as well as volunteering for a variety of non-profit organizations. One of the students, Georgia, had her backpack stolen from her vehicle just before leaving for the Edmonton airport. She lost everything. Passport, money, credit card, eyewear. Everything. As a result she wasn't able to join the rest of the group on the plane yesterday morning. Her trip also included an extended stay to Peru. She worked so hard to do this thing and now it's gone. She's pretty devastated and I'm encouraging her to not give up. I head there on Saturday to join the group and it would be brilliant if she was on the plane with me. She lost about $600 cash and likely will need buy a new ticket to Ecuador. I'm asking for you to help Georgia make this trip happen. Any extra money we raise, I'll donate to the Ecuador agencies that we'll be working with.
