$7= an education, are you willing to provide a child with the gift of an education and change their lives? $7 that's all it takes. Give up one social drink this weekend and grant a child the gift of education.
Us girls (Sarah and Amanda) are both in our final year of our Bachelor of Education (Primary). In just over 130 days we are travelling to South Africa to volunteer in a school. We are volunteering with 'International Volunteer HQ' (

Our aim is to raise money to send children to school and to buy resources for their school to improve their learning.
In Africa, there is no free education like we have here in Australia. It costs them $7 for a whole year of schooling. Many families in South Africa cannot afford this for one or all of their children. Education to them is a gift and they all should be able to go to receive this education. Our aim is to collect $7 off as many people as we can and give as many children as possible a chance to receive the gift of education.
In South Africa, the resources available in the classroom are extremely limited. We want to raise money and/or collect resources to take over there that will enhance their learning.
Please help us to reach our goal so that you can help us make a difference to the kids in Africa by donating a small amount. Every cent counts!
