As most of you know, Jason has been battling ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease, since 2011. He has been an amazing father, new grandfather and friend throughout his fight. His spirits have never been anything but positive and uplifting despite the limits this disease has placed on him.

Jason has touched so many lives all around the world, providing a friendship that we each hold so dearly. Every person that knows Jason agrees on how very special he is. He is a giving friend, a devoted father and a brother to many.

The progressive affects of ALS have recently taken a quicker pace and Jason is in his final days.

This has come quicker than was expected and his family is not prepared for the expenses that will come. We are asking everyone to consider giving a financial gift to help with these expenses. Donations in any amount would be so greatly appreciated.
