Tanya's neck surgery

My name is Tanya. I'm 44 years old , I have 5 kids and 5 grandsons. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck that have ruptured and have caused my c3 & c4 to degenerate. This is pushing my spinal column out (causing a painful knot on the back of my neck), crushing my spinal cord, and making it hard for fluid to get to my brain. It's becoming very hard to lift and carry things and to just plain function. The Doctor wants to replace my vertebrates with cadaver bones (artificial replacements) as well as put in plates and screws to permanently open and straighten my spinal cord. I do have short term disability, but as a single mom, it's hard to pay my bills with barely half of what I was making a week. I very much need this surgery, but between the cost of the surgery and have to be out and miss work, it is putting me in a huge financial bind. I would greatly appreciate anyone who could help.
