Send Tammy to Rwanda to See Shannon!

I am planning a trip to visit my beautiful daughter Shannon, in Rwanda, this July. She is there as a volunteer in the Peace Corps. My family has been through a very rough time these past several years. My sweet hubby Fred has been battling Parkinson's Disease for 14 years, but everything got really really bad about 3 - 4 years ago. He had to stop working, and has gone from medical crisis to medical crisis. Things are finally more stable with him and so I can leave to go on this trip. But his lack of work and medical issues have wiped us out financially. I am working all the time, but the money I make was already spent years ago.  If I wait to save up for this trip, it will never happen. And so, on faith, I'm going to go anyway. I am a children's entertainer, a clown, a princess, a director of kid's amazing productions, a teacher of music. I love all the things I do, everything to do with kids, and it is magical! I am so very grateful for my 12 year old son, CJ. He keeps us all going!!! And Shannon is out there really making a difference. I want to go see her, and all the amazing things she is doing!
