Hi everyone. I'm just going to be absolutely honest with you, right off the bat. I am one semester shy of getting my diploma for Special Needs Educational Assistant, and I haven't been approved for a student loan, thanks to the fact that I still owe a huge amount from my last round of school.
I'm a stay-at-home father, a writer, and I wanted to find a career that would allow me to help students that needed it and be able to be around for my own sons when they were done school for the day.
My wife works full-time, but in order to help pay for our debts and possibly help our sons with their college years, it's time for me to go back to work.
I've finished 3/4 of my studies, and only have one semester and my practicum left. Alas, with all of our debts and expenses, I won't be able to finish without a bit of assistance.
My tuition is $1308.00, and my textbooks are about $200. Every little bit will help, and I appreciate it to the ends of the Earth and back again.
