Help me march Blue Stars 2016!

Hello!
My name is Emily and I am a Percussion Performance major at Cailifornia State University, Long Beach. Music and the marching arts have been a very important part of my life since joining marching band in high school. After graduating from high school I was given the opportunity to march with Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps in 2014 and Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps in 2015. Both summers provided me with lifelong friends and an amazing experience where I learned how to become a better performer, musician, and overall person.
For the summer of 2016 I have been offered a contract to march with Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, based out of La Crosse, Wisconsin, in the front ensemble. This is an amazing achievement for me because of how well their percussion section placed at the DCI World Championship finals in Indianapolis in 2015, placing 7th overall.
I'm extremely honored to be able to spend my summer with those who were also offered membership, but affording this experience is no easy task. It costs $3700, not including flights, to be able to afford my 3 month journey with the corps and I have to be paid in full by May 20th! As a sophomore in college, I have many other expenses to pay for including tuition, a car payment, and materials needed for my major. I work as a front ensemble instructor for a couple of high schools in my area, but I currently do not make enough on my own to be able to pay for everything, so I could really use your help! Any amount you can donate (even if it's only $1) could help me a tremendous amount this summer.
