The Pills - Panama Missions

Hey guys, this is Pepper speaking. I'm a native Floridian who's lived in the Republic of Panama (Yes, the country, the one with the Canal) for around three years. I study at an international, English speaking school called Crossroads Christian Academy (CCA for short), that is a ministry of Crossroads Bible Church (CBC for short). Every year, for the past 10 years, CBC has organized a mission trip to Mancora, Peru to help out a few small churches there. I was really blessed to go on the last two, I learned a lot, I spoke with a lot of interesting people, did a lot of interesting things, and shared the faith that we have in Christ with many people. I didn't do very much on the first trip because I was one of the new guys and I didn't speak the language very well, but that doesn't mean that nothing happened. By the second trip when I knew a little more Spanish and had a bit more experience I was able to be even more helpful. Now I'm completely fluent and well aware of the work (and risks) ahead. I'm very excited to go back there, but I can't do it alone, I need your help. Even the smallest donation counts. I hope that God blesses for your donation as much as He has blessed me the last two years in Peru. "For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because of your name as followers of Christ, truly I say to you, he will not lose his reward." (Mark 9:41).

P.S. This account is also going to replacing my brand new laptop that was stolen a couple of months ago. My Mom told me that several people have asked her about chipping in to help out with that. It will greatly help me for my last year of school here in Panama and hopefully get me through college as well.

If the goal is exceeded any extra money will go to other members of the Peru trip to help with their funding.
