Haiti Replacement Homes Mission Trip

Please help support my wife and I as have an amazing opportunity that God has placed before us! This year my wife and I will have the chance to participate in our first mission trip! In June, a group of us will be traveling to Grand Goave, Haiti to partner with Haiti Replacement Homes. We have felt a special calling to be a part of this team. God has placed it on our heart to take this step of faith to help rebuild homes for this community. This trip is an outflow of service and a continuation of the growth of our personal faith. 

On our trip to Haiti, we will be serving with leaders from all over the ABCOPAD (American Baptist Churches of Pennsylvania and Delaware) Region.

God is doing some great things in Haiti, and My wife and I are so very excited to be a part of it.  We will be traveling to Haiti from June 7th to the 15th.  We will be working in the earthquake-devastated community of Grand Goave, Haiti. Our team will work side by side with members of the local community to build homes in the town.  Since the devastating earthquake struck Haiti in January of 2010, many have been seeking various ways to help the country.  Four years later, it is easy to forget the devastation, but my prayer is to continue supporting Haiti and sharing the love of God.

I hope you are half as excited as we are about this amazing opportunity to serve.  The most important factor in this partnership is your prayer support. A second important factor is we do need people to become partners by financially supporting the cost of this trip.  Several families have multiple members going on the trip, and any financial support is greatly appreciated.  All money raised will go toward the cost of our trip including, travel, housing, and supplies.  The total cost of this trip is approximately $1,400 per person for us to go for the 8 days.  Any additional funds raised will go towards building supplies for more homes. (Approximately $3,500 per home).
