She loved spending time outdoors, participating in her community, and being there for her family and friends. But a devastating car accident left her with a C5 vertebrae fracture, causing paralysis from the chest down and limited movement in her arms. The impact on her life has been unimaginable.

<div>Before the accident, Una was fiercely independent, living life to the fullest. Now, she faces challenges that many of us would struggle to comprehend. While she retains some movement in her arms, she has limited dexterity below her elbows at the moment. This means simple tasks we take for granted, like brushing her hair, eating, or holding a cup, are now incredibly difficult for her. The emotional toll of losing her independence is overwhelming.
