Dear Friends of Chez Panisse,
This is an incredibly difficult and challenging time for all of us on this planet. And it has been especially hard close to home for those in the restaurant business. We have made sure that our staff are safe and supported as best we can for the very immediate future. Our absolute priority is to keep our incredibly talented and dedicated staff provided with health care and what wages we might be able to pay as long as we can.
We have come to realize that getting through this time is going to take thousands of little acts and choices on behalf of the community. We are asking for your help with a donation for staff who need the most- those without a cushion for surviving this time of unemployment. 100% of funds will go to them.
The values of Chez Panisse- community, generosity, support of the people who are taking care of the land- continue now and with hopefulness, on into the future.
