<div>Several months ago, unforeseen circumstances made it difficult for us to pay rent on time. However, the landlord's kindness and generosity allowed me to secure a verbal agreement that kept a roof over our heads. As part of that, I needed to make sure payments were coming in as quickly as possible. This routine led to some tough financial times for us, but I've held up my end of the arrangement as promised. Every week, more of my wages have gone toward paying off this debt. It made for some anxious times going into the winter season, but we made it!

<div>Unfortunately, our landlord has decided not to uphold their end of the bargain. Recently, the management company reached out to inform me that I need to pay all outstanding amounts in full before the end of the month, or we will be out with no time to find somewhere to stay! I have reached the end of my rope and, while I'm scrambling for other options, I've realized I have no choice but to ask for help when my back is against the wall like this. I'm dead set on not letting this awful thing happen to us, because my family has grown very attached to the home we live in.
