Eddie, husband, father and grandfather. Son, brother, uncle, and friend. Worked hard everyday of his life since he was able to walk. Working side by side with his parents picking onions in the fields. Working 20 plus years in managment. Last year, out of the blue Eddie was diagnosed with a very rare lung disease called UIP.
He was told that a lung transplant was his only hope. Getting on the list intales undergoing a long list of medical test. Once all the testing is done then you wait to see if they think you are a good candidate for lung transplant. We pray everyday that he will be chosen to be put on the list after all the testing is done. Then the waiting really begins. Who knows when that call will come saying that they have a match. It could be a week, it could be a month, or it could be much longer.
We are asking for your genourosity to make sure that any and all testing he needs can be done without having to worry about how we will pay the bills. HE NEEDS TO GET ON THE LIST! As you know, insurance only pays so much. He doesn't need any added stress worring about money.
He took care of his family his whole life. Now its time for us to help care for him. Please help!
