Madison's Medical Fund

Madison has been dealing with major medical issues for over 5 years of her very young life.  She is now facing some of her largest medical challenges.  She has been hospitized now for over 50 straight days and has endured multiple surgeries.  Unfortunately, she is in need of further treatment and a possible transfer to the Cleveland Clinic.  The situation is urgent!
