Our Public schools are the backbone of our community, the wellspring of our democracy and the best means we have of providing a better future to all our children.  As a parent, child advocate, community activist and organizer, I have worked with parents, students, county administrators and educators to better understand and strengthen our public schools.

When elected to serve as a member of the Board of Education, I will dedicate myself to work hard to serve our community seeking continuous input from parents and teachers regarding educational policies that the board will vote upon.
