9 Year Old Awaits Heart Transplant

Meet Asia Wilson.  Asia is a 9 year old girl who enjoys painting and spending time with her family. Unfortunately,  she was diagnosed with Chron's disease in the year of 2015. Asia and her mother, Kiera Wilson, soon found themselves paying frequent visits to the doctor offices. It was during a routine check-up in the month of May that  Asia was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and had to be rushed to the hospital. She remains on the heart transplant list at Children's Hospital. Every day doctors are working hard to grant this beautiful girl a promising future. Her mother also has a 2 year old son and is doing an outstanding job raising, and keeping their small family together.  The Wilson's are a strong family with boatloads of faith but as time passes,  Asia's young spirit is getting weary. She can no longer leave the hospital until a heart is found. Therefore, Kiera stays at the hospital full time by Asia's side, and medical expenses are adding up.
