Hi everyone! We need your help. My mom and I found a homeless man on the side of the highway with 9 new born puppies in a grocery store shopping cart. The mother was tied to the cart with an inch long leash. After calling animal control centres, animal shelters as well as the local police we realized no help was going to be given to this situation.

Sweet mom & nine puppies RESCUED from horrific conditions, already on their way to a much better life, literally overnight. Because of kind, caring people with open hearts, they've transitioned from inhumane conditions to a secure environment with food, water, a calm, safe place to sleep, space to play & grass to walk on. Previously, spending day & night in an overcrowded metal grocery cart, mom on concrete under a noisy overpass, in a dangerous metropolitan area.
