Greg’s Cancer Fund

Our close friends and neighbors, Greg and Dana Boettcher live in Hudson and have three children Austin, Abby and Ethan. Last November, Greg was diagnosed with advanced Stage IV colon cancer that has spread to his lymph nodes, liver and lungs. His original diagnosis was inoperable and incurable with chemo for life. He has endured nine months of extensive chemotherapy and has undergone colon resection surgery as well as implanted a hepatic arterial infusion pump for targeted chemotherapy to his liver. Dana has researched the best surgeons available and found a team that will treat Greg and give him the opportunity for the best outcome possible for extending his life. However, this medical team and treatment is at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dana and Greg travel to New York City for chemotherapy treatment and medical appointments 1-2 times per month. Insurance does not cover any travel or accommodations for this treatment.
