Jesse White Graduation and College Fund

Jesse White is a young man that has battled incredible adversity in his life. He was born into a family that didn't have much at the time of his father's death this past December. His mother died of cancer when he was in the 7th grade. Shortly after his mother's death, his family was removed from the home they had known. In 10th grade, Jesse left school for a semester. After many of his friends encouraged him, he came back to North Davidson High School and since has made very very commendable grades. His father died unexpectedly in December. Jesse has continued to be a stellar student and was accepted to Appalachian State where they are providing a full scholarship through the ACCESS program for Jesse. But he will still need help with his dorm room furnishings and having a little spending money. Plus his real need is money for a new laptop as the program does not cover that. He will major in computer science. Thanks for any help you can provide this young man that has continued to thrive despite all odds. Jesse will graduate from North Davidson High School on June 14, 2014.
