Support for the Pariyar-Shrestha Family
Donation protected
With heavy hearts NRNA VA Chapter and brother of deceased Santosh Pariyar, Subash Pariyar, share the devastating loss of a beloved family of four in Manassas Park, Virginia. On the evening of Thursday, June 6th, 2025, Santosh Pariyar (38), Anju Shrestha (36), and their two young children — a joyful 8-year-old girl and a sweet 2-year-old boy — were found deceased in their home.
Originally from Nepal, the Pariyar-Shrestha family had recently moved to the area in search of a better life. They were known as quiet, kind, and loving individuals. Neighbors recall the children playing happily outside — full of life, laughter, and innocence.
This unimaginable tragedy has shaken the local Nepali community, their extended family, and all who knew them. In response, we are coming together to raise funds to cover funeral and memorial expenses for all four family members.
In accordance with their cultural and religious traditions, family members of both Santosh and Anju are currently in Nepal and are urgently working to obtain visas to travel to the United States. It is their wish to perform the final rites and traditional rituals — ceremonies that hold deep spiritual and emotional significance. Your support will help make this possible, ensuring that the family is honored with dignity and respect.
All donations will go directly toward funeral costs four entire family member and essential arrangements, including legal, travel, and other logistical needs related to this tragic loss.
We kindly ask for your support — whether through a donation or by sharing this message — as we honor the lives of Santosh, Anju, and their beautiful children. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for keeping this family in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
