Pleasehelp raise funds for heart surgery

I am trying to raise $5000 to help pay for my heart surgery. In January 2014 my life was changed in the blink of an eye when I colapsed to the floor for no apparent reason.This continued to happen time after time with no answers. After months of testing I was finally diagnosed with a nuero heart condition, nuerocardiogenic syncope. At that time I was told I was unable to drive, be left alone, work. I am in a trial study at Emory University Hospital and will be having surgery in the next couple months.My part out of pocket for the surgery after insurance is $5000. With the diagnosis I have been given I was unable to continue working full time until after surgery. Thankfully after many trial medications I am finally on a mixture of 3 medications and they seem to be helping. I have been able to return to work part time, thankfully. This condition can be quite dibilitating and makes it hard to carry on my day to day at times, things I use to take for granted. I would never ask for help, but without the money I can not have the surgery needed to get back to being me, working full time, and raising my 4 babies. Thank you for your support and prayers.
