On June 22, 2017 my husband Nieves Luevano was working in Louisiana, he called me stating that he was being detained by the immigration because they ask him for a valid ID and he showed them his México ID.
His lawyer called ICE and the charges were different. They had put down that they caught him at the border without any type of documents. Up on arriving at the detention center it was found that Nieves is in fact in process to get his papers corrected to become a resident . The officer had the choice to release him but instead chosen to let the courts handle it .His lawyer is charging me $3,000.00 to get him a bond and also to travel to Louisana. My husband is my provider; at the moment I'm going threw a threatened miscarriage and I'm a high risk pregnancy and I'm due in July 31, 2017 with a C-Section. At this moment I'm asking for any type of donations anything that can help. Nieves is a great loving father to Ammarie and soon be born Madison. I love my husband so much and at this moment this is not easy what we're going threw. Thank you very much may God bless you.
El 22 de Junio mi esposo Nieves Luevano estaba trabajando en Louisiana y me llamó diciendo que había sido detenido por agentes de inmigración por qué le pidieron un tipo de identificación y el les enseño su matrícula. El abogado de nosotros llamo y hablo con alguien de inmigración y le dijieron que la razón por qué lo habían agarrado era diferente, a el le dijieron que supuestamente Nieves estaba cerca de la frontera sin ningún tipo de documentos. Cuando el llego ala detención de inmigración se dieron cuenta que Nieves está en el proceso para hacerte residente legal. El oficial tuvo la oportunidad de dejarlo ir pero decidió que la corte decidiera que hiba a pasar con el. El abogado me está cobrando $3,000 para que pueda salir bajo fianza y para ir a Louisiana. Mi esposo es el único que trabaja ya que yo estoy en reposo por un embarazo de alto riesgo, mi bebe nace ahora en Julio y me tendrán que hacer cesaría. Por eso les estoy pidiendo su ayuda con lo que puedan se los voy a agradecer en avanzado. Nieves Es un excelente padre para nuestra hija Annemarie y nuestra bebe que viene en camino Madison. Amo a mi esposo y estamos pasando por un momento muy difícil. Muchas gracias y que Dios los bendiga.
