Hurricane Harvey disaster

We have only been in our home 3 months after 4 yrs of searching and praying to find a home we loved. We thought it was a safe house and had our children and grandchildren with us when Hurricane Harvey came. We had to wade through waist deep water carrying the kids and what few clothes we could get. When we left there was 3 ft in the 1st floor and rising quickly. We do not have flood ins as we are in a 500 yr flood plain. I have applied for FEMA but have not heard back on if we will get help. We had to leave our cars so don't know if we will have cars when we go back. We know we lost everything on the 1st floor and who knows how much worse it will be when we can go back . From what we hear that's at least a few days. Our daughter her boyfriend and their 6 month old baby Oliver call this house home. We are now towns away in Willis and they are even further with her grandmother. Please help us so we can make the repairs and get back to our home
