Fatherhood.

For years, it has been investigated for its importance in the raising of children.  We have always expected that it was vital, but now, two undergraduate students from Albany State University have a study to demonstrate just how critically important it is.

ASU undergraduate researchers Olivia Lane and Shakeria Burney, under the guidance of Professor Hema Mason, are on the cusp of making their mark in the field of psychology.  Their work has the power to change our perceptions of fatherhood and impact how it is embraced in families.

Here is where you can help.

These students are scheduled to present their research at the Association for Psychological Science in San Francisco, CA on May 23rd.  It is here that these young ladies expect to unveil their findings on a global stage.  As you can guess, this is a BIG event and has major implications for their future research and success. Therefore, we are asking that you donate to their efforts.  All funds will be managed by the Albany State University Foundation, and donations received will go towards travel expenses (hotel and airfare) and conference registration.  Your donation will be tax-deductible, and will help Olivia and Shakeria reach their goals.

Let's make sure these ladies can have the opportunity to deliver the news to the masses ...
