Adam's Spinal Surgery

My son, Adam, has just turned 33 years of age.  He has his entire life with his wife and 2 children ahead of him.  Unfortunately, at this young age, Adam has been diagnosed with Degenerative disc disease (spondylosis), Spinal stenosis, Foraminal narrowing, and Facet disease.  These medical conditions were discovered through an MRI Adam had this past week.  While these conditions can be dealt with through a minimally invasive procedure, the costs, AFTER insurance coverage is nearly $10,000.00.  The procedure will be performed at the Laser Spine Institute.  Any donations would be welcomed to assist in absorbing these costs.  All donations will be used 100% in helping Adam and his wife pay the remaining costs of this procedure.  We hope to raise the necessary funds as soon as possible.  Your donation, your kindness, and your prayers will be greatly appreciated by Adam and his family.  In advance, I would like to thank each and every one of you that can assist.
