La vida de los guardianes del bosque peligra y es nuestro deber ayudarlos. Protegiendo sus vidas, protegemos el bosque y la continuidad de sus recursos.
En Loreto, departamento amazónico en donde el COVID-19 continúa expandiéndose, existen 4 Áreas de Conservación Regional (ACR) que son protegidas por 92 comunidades que habitan en sus zonas de influencia.
Los habitantes de estas comunidades son los guardianes de los bosques y la biodiversidad de las ACR. Sin embargo, la vida de 10,800 personas de 79 comunidades cercanas a estas áreas, peligra ante el COVID-19, por encontrarse alejados de las ciudades y, en muchos casos, sin centro de salud cercanos a sus comunidades o que estén abastecidos con medicamentos.
Además, la emergencia sanitaria también ha afectado sus economías. Por ello, hoy nos toca a todas y todos ayudarlos.
Pueden hacer sus donaciones a través de los bancos BCP e INTERBANK. Si están en Loreto, pueden donar medicinas, víveres o equipos de protección comunicándose al 940 293 060.
