Taylor's Kidney Transplant

My daughter Taylor (age 16) was born with Polycystic Kidney Disease and over the years her kidney functioning has decreased drastically. After numerous surgeries and hospitalizations she is ready to have a kidney transplant. Although we have insurace, we will have to pay very expensive copays for anti-rejection medication. This money will also help pay expenses such as mortgage and utility payments when I am out of work while Taylor recovers and any other copays from surgery.
