Hi Everyone!
Welcome to my GoFundMe page. Recently, I received the opportunity to intern with the United Nations in Addis-Abada, Ethiopia. There, I will work with the UN Development Programme supporting Ethiopia's committment of reducing the negative impacts of climate change and supporting the countries environmental sustainability goals. This internship will give me the opportunity to enhance my professional career while applying the public policy skills acquired at Carnegie Mellon's Heinz College.
In addition, I will be able to learn, contribute, and make a difference in the country of my origin. I am asking for your support to help me make my unpaid internship in Addis-Ababa a reality. All funds will be used to pay for my roundtrip flight to/from Ethiopia. All donors will receive a blog update of my experiences in the country.
