Manning family

Please help the Manning family in a great time of need. They have humbly kept this information confidential, but are now willing to share. Joel has been battling Stage IV Esophageal Cancer for nearly a year now. Fighting this disease has become increasingly more difficult as the treatments, chemo, and radiation appear to not be working. Recent hospitalization has led to the discovery that the cancer has spread to his lungs and liver. Hospice is now in place. Recently, Aaron (24) was able to return home from Arizona to help provide care for his younger brother, Marshall(11) while Christina stays by Joel's side. He will require constant around the clock care upon his return home from Christina. Going through this horrible battle has been very hard on their family; emotionally, mentally, and physically. Supporting them through your friendship and kindness already brings them great comfort in this very uncomfortable time. Any financial donations will go toward providing their family with the necessities of daily life and medication for Joel. He has been the sole provider in the family and it pains him even more to not be able to do so now. Christina has been a devoted parent volunteer throughout Marshall's elementary years at Foothill Oak up until Joel's diagnosis last March. She is known for going above and beyond to help teachers and students in anyway she can. Their work and service to our community are a testament to their care for others. It is time that we now show our care for them. Please keep them in your prayers and thoughts as they continue to work through this.
