One of the biggest things I pride myself about the G-team is that we are like one big family. I pride myself on taking care and supporting our team. One of our members Kristin Eagleston got in a terrible car accident on May 1st. She got blindside and hit directly on the driver's side causing severe injuries to her entire body. Most notable breaking her femur and hand as well as getting staples in her head. Kristin will not be able to work for quite some time due to her injury not to mention larger medical expenses because of the surgery required to take care of her entire body.



We are hosting our Two year anniversary on May 24th at 4pm at Gaglione Strength. We will be hosting 3 events in Kristin's honor to help raise money for her medical costs as well as her loss of work.

What:
3 Events $20 or $50 to enter all three. Limited to first 20 sign ups and additional donations are welcome!

Bench Press for Reps

225 for Guys and 95 for Girls

Max Pull Ups

Pronated Grip for Guys and Supinated Grip for Girls

Mystery Deadlift Event (Hint will be a strongman variation)

Heavy weight for guys and moderate weight for girls
