Surgery for Kelsang Khachö

On my way to the 2013 Buddhist Festival in Portugal a 9 year old hernia repair was undone by severe coughing.  Dr. in NY told me that with care I could attend the festival and that I should attend to the situation ASAP after my return.  I returned to my home in Mazatlan, Mexico and was operated on through emergency at the IMSS hospital in December 2013.  In March 2013 the surgery opened again.  I was given a quote of $8750 to have the surgery done by a very qualified Dr. in the states.  I will also need transportation and care after the surgery.  Thank you for your help and/or prayers.  Love and blessings.
