April Burgess --May She RIP

4-15-2017 update

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I write this. Our beloved friend April Burgess has passed on to be with our heavenly Father.  I was told she was very peaceful and from what I know she was where she wanted to be during her last days.
Continued prayers for her family are more than appreciated. All donations will help the family with any costs they may come across.

April Burgess is and always has been a fun loving friend, mom, wife and best GG any one could ask for. Dedicated to her family and her lord and saviour she has Never been a smoker or drinker and that's why it just doesn't seem fair or right that she is even in this particular fight against Small Cell Lung Cancer.
While she has always been a private person and has leaned on her family and close friends to help her win this fight she is Now needing our help as well.
She has been winning this fight since
3-23-15 and has endured 12 rounds of chemo and10 rounds of radiation. Due to the recent fluid build up in her lungs and minor set backs w/a new medication she hasn't been able to return to work in some time. Leaving all the financial burden on her husband DD.
The specialists have decided it is time for her to get further treatment from either MD Anderson or UT Southwestern while the hopes are high for a cure it will be adding yet another financial strain on the Burgess family.
We play the biggest part in Helping April WIN her Fight Aqgainst Lung Cancer by aiding them out of the financial crisis cancer has left them in, so she can continue the treatment recommended with out the added stress of not being able to pay their daily bills.
Let's prove to her that No One fights Alone!!!
