<div>Hi, my name is Anna and I am fundraising for my father, Mark Jones. My beloved father was declared dead by neurological criteria on January 11, 2025, due to multiple severe strokes, not linked to previous health issues. He was relatively young and a healthy person. Sadly the physician said the cause of the strokes remains a mystery; he was just very unlucky and a rare case. Unfortunately, he will never get to see his youngest daughter graduate from elementary school or his eldest daughter graduate from university.

<div>He is survived by his wife, Alma, his daughters, Anna and Kyla, and their beloved dog, Teddy. He also leaves behind his mother, his brothers and sisters-in-law, and many nephews and nieces. Mark was an incredibly kind, generous and selfless man. Whether it was fixing things for his family or shovelling his neighbours' driveways, he would constantly give all of his time, money and effort to others and never ask for anything in return. There are countless stories I can recall that convey how good of a person Mark was. He went above and beyond for everyone, even strangers. In this world, Mark was a very rare type of person to meet; he always put others first and was the most virtuous person I have ever known. For those who have had the pleasure of knowing Mark, they would say that he was one of the friendliest people you could ever meet. He remained optimistic no matter the circumstances, and he always had a smile on his face and a joke to share. I could go on and on about how special of a person Mark was to everyone who has interacted with him. He is an inspiration to us all and has truly touched the lives of those around him.
