Help..Remove tumor..Let the baby grow!

Dear Family and Friends,
This is very hard but I am coming to ask you for your help. Most of you know I am a single teacher of sixteen years who loves kids. I have wanted a family for over 13 years now. I have been on a journey waiting for the right situation and time to have a family.
I had a tumor removed in 2007. It wasnt cancerous and I was overjoyed. I have suffered through losing two babies. I know now that it wasnt the right time or it would have been meant to be. I also know there are two special angels in heaven now.
I have gotten liscenced to adopt and have inquired on 9 sets of siblings all over the United States. However, those didnt come to pass either. In most cases it had to do with the children staying in the cities they were familiar with and staying close to paternal Grandparents.
I have always wanted my own baby so a few months ago I started seeing a Fertility Doctor. We ran tests and bloodwork and everything was looking good for me to do a procedure called IUI. I was told if it doesnt work the first few times then we would need to go to IVF.
When we did my ultrasound before going through with IUI they found a sizable fibrous tumor right in the place where the baby would grow. If it isnt removed it would cut off blood supply to the baby and result in a miscarriage again. So we need to do the surgery and soon.
However, I am told it is covered with insurance but my co pay is very high between 3 and 6 thousand. They will not bill this. It needs to be paid up front. Bottom line is I was prepared and saved for the first IUI but not preapred for the costs of this tumor. They are optimistic that once the tumor is out we can go forward to achive my dream of being a mother.
