My name is Ray DeLotell and I am currently battling stage four terminal lung cancer as well as end stage renal disease. I was diagnosed with the lung cancer in October of 2010, and have been bankrupt financially due to escalating insurance cost and mounting medical bills. We find ourselves in a situation where there is nothing left for funeral or memorial expenses. It is my desire not to further burden my wife with the uncertainty of not being able to provide adequate provisions for my enternment. We are asking family and friends to please donate what you can to help ease the financial stress on my surviving family members at the end of my time.
