Student Exchange Trip to Germany

We are trying to lower the cost of our upcoming trip to Germany.  In the past it has always been $1,500 or lower and this time it is $2,200.  There are 19 members of the group and if we can generate $3,800 that will lower the price to $2,000 per person.  We are leaving May 27 and we are returning on June 17.  Your help would be greatly appreciated!
