Help Patch

Patches has been with me for 3 years through everything good bad and in between. I originally got her as a gift for my step daughter but when her mother and I didnt work out she left patches with me.
During the time i have had her she has been a huge help with my depression but has also become one of my best friends. Recently i was told that if she has another period or gets pregnant i could lose my dog.
She has a prolapse uterus. Every period she has her uterus tries to fall out by unfolding through her junk. She has a vet apt for it next week but since im not able to work because of my own medical issues i have no way to pay to help her. Im asking if there is anyone willing to help me save my baby
