Help with medical bills

Hey there, my name is Jessica and I'm a 29 year old Florida native who thought 2020 couldn't get any worse for me than it has for everyone else, but I was wrong.
As some of you know I've been dealing with a lot of health issues over the last 11 years that I've put off because I didn't have insurance or I didn't have the funds or I was told "lose weight, you'll feel better", but alas they're all coming to a head and now I'm swimming in past due medical bills and I don't know what else to do besides reach out for help.
I'm currently seeing a handful of specialists to find out what's been causing an abundance of issues, from constant nausea and vomiting to 20+ migraine days a month, to PCOS. A lot of these issues have begun to cut into my job, causing me to need to take time off to go to exams or office visits, or need to call out because of symptoms or side effects of the medicines to treat the symptoms while they try to diagnose me and unfortunately that means I'm all out of PTO (my company does not offer sick time :/) and have been trying to get on FMLA to protect my job.
So far I've had to have a several diagnostic imaging exams done one various parts of my body, a spinal tap, due for a HIDA in the coming weeks, and the office visits have added up as well. I've been able to afford most of them through selling off collectibles I've amassed over the years and I still have more to sell off, but I'd like to have some sort of an emergency fund set up for times like right now where I am unable to work due to illness.
Any help is greatly appreciated and once I'm back on my feet will always be put back into the world. Thank you.
