Victim of Fraud

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. To keep a long story short, my bank account was hacked and $1,240 was taken out and I’m being told that it came from my phone’s IP and that they can do nothing. Essentially, they're saying I did it and that unless I can prove I was hacked in some way, the money is gone. I’ve been back and forth to the bank and police so many times, but I’m ready to give up. The most concrete proof I have is the fact that "What's it for?" section for the $1,000 transaction says "commercial consulting". Considering I am only I’m 18 and in college for animation with no business organization whatsoever, it makes no sense for me to pay for something like that. I needed that money for transport, tuition, and food. Now that I do not have it, I’m not sure what to do with the upcoming tuition payment because that was quite literally all of my money (only $7 was left) and the hours I work while also going to college would not cover it for another 6 months. Please, anything would help, even $12 would cover the cost of a train ride there and back. If you need any more proof of anything, please tell me, I’ll be happy to provide.
