Help Iona McCleary Please

April 26th,2012, on her way home from her grandson's baseball game, Iona's life was changed forever when an uninsured, unlicensed driver decided to pass in a no passing zone. Resulting in a head-on collision at 70 mph while she was traveling only 50mph. Medi-flighted from the scene, she spent the next 5 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation with multiple broken bones leaving her permanently disabled. Her medical bills reached $500,000 but thankfully her medical insurance covered all but $35,000. In the accident her lower jaw was crushed and has required multiple surgeries to try and fix but yet still needs 2 more. One, to remove the plate in her chin, do another bone graph, and install studs for implants for bottom teeth. The other is to fit her mouth and make new teeth. Insurance refuses to cover the implant post, bottom teeth or a new top denture saying it's cosmetic. One surgeon will be $7,600 while the one for the teeth will be $11,700. While her loving man has stood by her side through all of this and was able to take out a loan from all his 401k and little savings, she is approximately $10,000 short so we are asking for help.
